ClassOnLive SL with tax address at C/Mar del Norte 1, 2nd, 28860, Madrid, Spain CIF 87444212 (hereinafter “ClassOnLive”) guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided by its clients and users. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights regarding the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the following information is provided:

ClassOnLive commits to the following actions:
-Process personal data solely for the correct execution of services, and will never process your information for other purposes (advertising, etc.).
-Will not transmit your data without your consent and especially not to a country that the European Commission considers does not guarantee an adequate level of protection.
-Implement high security standards in order to offer a high level of protection to our services.

Users expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to meet their request and guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modifications to it. ClassOnLive maintains the levels of security for the protection of personal data and has established all technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the data that the user provides through the Website, without prejudice to informing them that the security measures on the Internet are not impregnable. ClassOnLive commits to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding the personal data contained in the automated file in accordance with applicable legislation, as well as to provide secure processing in the transfers that may occur.

(h) The URL of the videos you selected to appear in your personal message.

(i) Correspondence between ClassOnLive and you and the content of communications via email within the platform between you and other users. When you send an email or other communications to ClassOnLive, we may retain such communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services. By sending and receiving emails to or from one of our services that provides email functionality, we may collect and maintain information associated with these messages, such as the content of the message, date and time, etc. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our services.

Third Party Applications/Other websites

ClassOnLive only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of ClassOnLive under the following limited circumstances:

Incident Management

The user must ensure that their contact details are correct so that ClassOnLive can notify them of potential incidents.

If the execution of the service is impeded, limited, or disrupted due to a fire, explosion, transmission network failure, server issues, data security breach, facility collapse, epidemic, earthquake, flood, power failure, war, embargo, law, mandate of any government, strike, boycott, withdrawal of telecommunications operator authorization, or any other circumstance beyond ClassOnLive's reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"), subject to prompt notification to the User, ClassOnLive commits to do everything possible to avoid or mitigate such causes of non-compliance and to proceed promptly once the causes cease or are removed. ClassOnLive will keep the User regularly informed by email of the forecasts for the cessation or restoration of the Force Majeure Event.

If the effects of a Force Majeure Event last longer than 30 days from the notification of the force majeure event to the User, the contract may be terminated by either party, without any right to compensation from either party.

Security and Privacy

The data that users enter into ClassOnLive is hosted on servers located in the European Union, thus ensuring compliance with data hosting regulations as well as the highest levels of security and accessibility in the market, performing daily backup copies.

Browsing on ClassOnLive
